1. Processing time

Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

2. Delivery time

Estimated delivery is 7–10 business days from the date your order ships, depending on your location. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary during high-demand periods.

3. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and delivery address. Any applicable shipping promotions will be clearly shown before you complete your purchase.

4. Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's progress. If you don't receive tracking information within 2 business days of your order shipping, please contact us.

5. Shipping destinations

We currently ship within the regions listed at checkout. If your address isn't available as a shipping destination, please contact us to check availability.

6. Delays

Occasionally, deliveries may take longer than expected due to customs processing, severe weather, or carrier delays outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we'll help track it down.

7. Incorrect address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, though we'll do our best to help resolve the issue.

8. Lost or missing packages

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us within 7 days so we can investigate.
